This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in R.C.A.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Nagercoil, dated 17.03.2015 confirming the fair order and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.5 of 2012 on the file of the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Nagercoil, dated 24.02.2014.

2.Heard Mr.C.Godwin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.L.Victoria Gowri, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submitted that during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the matter has been settled out of the Court between the parties and nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

4.Recording the submissions made on both sides, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
