The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to issue patta in his favour in respect of the property situate in Survey No.166/2B, in Plot No.4 and 662B in Plot No.5, Thanakangulam Village, South Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that patta has been already issued to the petitioner in respect of the subject property. 2/4
