anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that based on the complaint given by one Suresh Rengababu, enquiry is pending before the respondent police.

3.Let the petitioner appear before respondent police and co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry. Let the enquiry process be completed by the respondent police, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
