The learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners submitted that pursuant to the direction given by this Court on 01.06.2016 in this revision petition, the petitioners have deposited a sum of Rs.32,46,639/- to the credit of LAOP.No.33 of 1992 on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukottai. In support of the same, he produced the proceedings dated 21.03.2017 of the 1st petitioner addressed to the Government Pleader. Placing on record the proceedings dated 21.03.2017, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
