Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 and 4 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2022 within time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 and 4 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.296 of 2022 on 08.09.2022 against the respondents 3 and 4 under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 379 IPC.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he wants departmental action to be initiated against the respondents 3 and 4 who misbehaved with the petitioner. If it is the grievance, she can workout her remedy before the concerned Bench.

4.With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
