This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate protection to the Petitioner and his family members to put up fence around the Survey No.22/1 to the extent of 0.93.5 ares situated at Thulaiyanur Village,Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai district, based on the representation, dated 27.06.2022 and 02.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since it is a purely civil dispute between the petitioner and another, it would suffice, if this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned civil Court for appropriate relief. 2/4

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

4. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into merits of the case, since it is a civil dispute, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.

5. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
