Despite several opportunities being given, there is no representation for the petitioners on every previous hearing. No one appeared to represent the petitioners' Counsel and no one is connected through video conference when the case is listed for hearing. Hence, this Court on 26.08.2020 directed the matter to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" after seeing that there was no representation for the petitioners.
