PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation/objection dated 18.04.2018 in respect of Allocation for BPC "Non-Domestic LPG Distribution "at Virudhunagar location, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Alleging that the representation /objection submitted by the petitioner on 18.04.2018 in respect of allocation of BPCL non Domestic LPG Distribution to the fourth respondent herein has not been considered by the respondents 1 and 2, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submits that pending writ petition, the BPCL non Domestic LPG Distribution was already given to some other person. The petitioner has raised objection only with regard to the fourth respondent alone.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
