ORDER

As per the counter affidavit filed by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, currently Thiru.M.Thankasivam is working as Food Safety Officer in Agastheeswaram and Thuvalai Block, Kanyakumari District, have drawn the Scale of Pay Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4400 with effect from the date of appointment and promotion and other three https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.16352 of 2014 petitioners were relieved to their parent department. Therefore, the petitioners have attained the Scale of Pay of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4400 and therefore, the grievances of the writ petitioners are already redressed.

2.In view of the fact that the counter affidavit showing that the grievances of the writ petitioners are redressed, no further adjudication is required and the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
