The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to withdraw the D.V.C.No.12 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and transfer the same to Mahila Court at Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the said submission, permission is granted and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
