2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the first respondent registered a case in Cr.No.602 of 2012 as against the petitioners and other accused persons.
