The petitioner herein filed a suit in O.S.No.212 of 2009 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Karur for partition. During pendency of the suit, the petitioner/plaintiff had filed an application in I.A.No.346 of 2015 to amend the plaint. That petition was dismissed. CRP PD(MD)No.1870 of 2015 2.This Civil Revision Case is pending from the year 2015. When the matter came up on 03.03.2020, this Court called for the status report from the trial Court.

3.The learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Karur has sent the report stating that the suit itself was disposed of on merits on 22.12.2017, against which, the defendants filed an appeal before the Principal District Court, Karur in A.S.No.7 of 2019 and that appeal was also disposed of on on merits on 31.01.2019. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and therefore, it is dismissed as infructuous.
