This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai to number and take on file the case in Crl.M.P.SR.No.5718 of 2019 in Crime No. 906 of 2018 (on the file of the respondent) for releasing the vehicle bearing vehicle number TN 02 V 2152
2. It is seen from the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai that the vehicle bearing vehicle number TN 02 V 2152 was not produced before the trial court and the said vehicle was handed over to the Additional Superintendent of Police, Prohibition Enforcement Wing for confiscation.
