ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing Letter D.No.943/2022 dated 22.12.2022 from Principal District Munsif, Additional District Munsif (FAC), Thoothukudi, this Court made the following order:
"The learned Additional District Munsif, Thoothukudi, sent a letter dated 22.12.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.252 of 2018, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 14.02.2022.
2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of O.S.No.252 of 2018."
