When the case is called up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought short time. However, on perusal of the records of this Court, it is seen that this Civil Revision Petition is of the year 2015. Right from the year 2017, this case was continuously posted for payment of batta and private notice was also ordered on 12.07.2022 and 30.03.2023. Even today, the petitioners have not paid batta. Proof is also not filed. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
