ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in C.M.P.No.8370 of 2019, dated 27.08.2019, on the file of the Special Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by the Court below in C.M.P.No.8370 of 2019, dated 27.08.2019, regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by the Court below in C.M.P.No.8370 of 2019, dated 27.08.2019, is fully relaxed.
