This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, FIR has been registered in Crime No.26 of 2021.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
