ORDER

When these revision petitions were taken up for hearing on 31.10.2022, there was no representation for the petitioners and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 02.11.2022.

2.On 02.11.2022, the petitioners' Counsel submitted that the petitioners have obtained change of vakalath and also collected the papers. A memo dated 02.11.2022 has also been filed to that effect. Recording the said memo, this Court directed the matters to be listed on 10.11.2022 under the same caption, in the name of the petitioners and also directed the petitioners' Counsel to inform the petitioners about the listing of the case.
