ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.5 of 2014 in O.S.No.462 of 2011 dated 17.12.2014 on the file of the Vth Additional Sub Judge, Madurai.

2.This matter was taken up for hearing on 09.08.2018 and posted to 20.08.2018 and further the case was adjourned to 31.08.2018, 07.09.2018 and 10.09.2018. Till today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not ready for the arguments. Even after the case is passed over and taken up at 02.15 p.m., there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. The original suit is of the year 2011 and the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.5 of 2014 is of the year 2014. The present Revision Petition is filed in the year 2015. 3.Records perused. The order of the trial Court in I.A.No.5 of 2014 is a very detailed order. Since the litigation between the parties is from 1997 onwards and the suit in O.S.No.15 of 1997 ended in compromise, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs. Consequently, M.P.(MD)NO.1 of 2015 is closed.
