This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of I.A.No.1 of 2023 in H.M.O.P.GL.No.4109 of 2023 from the file of the Sub Court, Thiruchendur to the file of the Sub Court, Valliyoor.

It is seen that H.M.O.P.GL.No.4109 of 2023 is pending before the Sub Court, Thiruchendur and thereafter, I.A.No.1 of 2023 is filed by the respondent/husband to permit him to file divorce petition within 1 year of marriage. Unless the said Interlocutory Application is disposed of, this Transfer Petition cannot be entertained. Hence, the Sub Court, Thiruchendur, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2023 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of at present. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
