O RDER This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for transfer of investigation from the third respondent to any other agency.

2. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, when the petitioner went to attend the temple festival, her house were broken and valuable jewellery was committed theft and on a complaint given by her, a case in Crime No.198 of 2022 was registered. Since there is no progress, the petitioner sought for transfer of investigation from respondent No.3 to any other Police.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that subsequent to the registration of the First Information Report, the respondent Police have made considerable investigation and basing on the CCTV footages, they identified five persons belonging to Madhyapradesh, out of which, two of them were arrested and both of them were confessed that five of them together have committed the offence and the Police party searching for rest of the three accused and soon after their arrest, they will complete the investigation and file the charge sheet. The same is recorded.

4. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.198 of 2022 by forming Special team and close the case as early as possible not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
