ORDER

Challenging a notice dated 24.07.2024, issued by the first respondent asking her to appear for an enquiry, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The impugned notice is challenged, since there is a civil suit pending in O.S.No.16 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Theni, which is the suit filed by the third respondent against the petitioner for declaration and permanent injunction.

3. Therefore, in the light of the above, the enquiry shall not be proceeded with and after the suit is disposed of, the request can be renewed.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

5. This Court is informed that the trial has commenced on 29.10.2024. The learned Judge shall endeavour to dispose of the suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
