ORDER
When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, since there are some typographical errors. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the above said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition.
