ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the Management of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation challenging the order passed by the Labour Court, Madurai in C.P.No.31 of 2017.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent workman, the entire amount due as per the computation petition has already been paid to him and therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
