PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to nominate either the already recommended two members or any other members of the trust having genuine interest over the welfare and wellbeing of the temple belonging to the locality as the other additional non-hereditary trustees for Sri Arulmighu Siddhi Vinayagar Temple at Car Street, Karur Town, Karur District, on the basis of the representation dated 15.07.2023 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
