ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in E.A.No.20 of 2011 in E.P.No.48 of 2004 in O.S.No.263 of 1998, dated 03.03.2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, who is the defendant in the suit, has not contacted the learned Counsel for the petitioner, despite several reminders. The learned Counsel for the petitioner confirmed that the execution petition was closed by order, dated 09.09.2017. This probabilise that there must be some settlement among parties. The learned Counsel further submitted that this Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
