Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide A.THI.MU.No.384/PU/014/M/6/14, dated 02.07.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher with effect from 15.06.2011 with all monetary benefits from the date of appointment and pass such further or other orders.
