PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings Na.K.Pi.3/1218/2017, dated 24.04.2017 in so far as the petitioner is concerned and the consequential impugned order passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings Na.Ka.P.3/4204/2018 dated 19.04.2018 and quash the same as illegal.
