ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

2.Since there is no representation on the side of the petitioner, this Court has to necessarily to believe the statement made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
