This Criminal Revision Case filed under Sections 397 r/w 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the order dated 16.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.6905 of 2023 in C.C.No.191 of 2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate/Fast Track Court, Tuticorin and set aside the same.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.K. Suresh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. Ka. Ramakrishnan, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to restore Crl.R.C(MD)No.1273 of 2025 which was dismissed for nonprosecution.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, Crl.R.C(MD)No.1273 of 2025 is restored.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
