ORDER

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

2.Since the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous, this Court is inclined to dismiss the writ petition as infructuous, after recording the statement. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
