This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the third respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.416 of 2014 dated 21.06.2014, on the file of the fifth respondent and entrust the same to the fourth respondent for investigation of the case by a competent officer and award competition to the petitioner.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the investigation, a charge sheet has also been filed before the Executive Magistrate Class-II, Manamadurai, stating that further action dropped.
3. In the light of the same, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he would be at liberty to file a protest petition before the appropriate forum.
4. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
