ORDER

These petitions have been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindigul to conduct the trial in S.C.Nos.8 of 2019, 9 of 2019 and 10 of 2019 in an expeditious manner and conclude the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that in all the case the petitioners are arrayed as accused. They conveniently and repeatedly absent themselves one and another before the trial court. Only because of the absence of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13515, 13516 and 13518 of 2019 petitioners the trial court could not proceed with the trial.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case the trial court is directed to complete the trial and dispose the case pending in S.C.Nos.8 of 2019, 9 of 2019 and 10 of 2019 respectively within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on condition that the petitioners in all cases shall appear before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail. If the petitioners absent themselves for any one hearing, the trial court shall take stringent action against the petitioners in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
