PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukottai to dispose of the Crl.M.P No. 3706 of 2017 in STC No.147 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukottai within stipulated time.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukottai to dispose of the Crl.M.P No. 3706 of 2017 in STC No.147 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukottai

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to non compliance of the trial court order the petitioner filed a petition under Section 15(4) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act in Crl.M.P No. 3706 of 2017 in STC No.147 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukottai and the same is pending for a very long time.

4. Under such circumstances, there shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukottai to dispose of the Crl.M.P No. 3706 of 2017 in STC No.147 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukottai on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
