Heard Mr.D.Rajagopal, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 212 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Nagercoil in Crl.MP.No.1181 of 2024 in STC.No.101 of 2023, dated 09.09.2024.
3. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 212 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.
4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
