28.S.Vijukumar Respondent(s) Prayer : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records relating to the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned I Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai in I.A.No.703 of 2013 in O.S.No.540 of 2010 dated 05.12.2013 and set aside the same and consequently direct the Trial Court to record the defendants 4 to 6 and defendants 8 to 14 as legal heirs against the death of 7th defendant in O.S.No.540 of 2010.

ORDER

The learned I Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, has sent a letter requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.540 of 2010, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.02.2024.

2. Perused.

3. The reason stated in the letter dated 20.11.2025 is accepted, and a further period of six months is granted to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. No further extension will be granted.
