ORDER

The petitioner filed this Transfer CMP to transfer the proceedings in MCOP.No.146 of 2017 from the file of the I Additional District Court, Vellore to any of the competent the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in Sivagangai, since the petitioner is lady.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Even though name of the respondents printed in the cause list, no one has appeared.

Since the petitioner is being a lady, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the MCOP.No.146 of 2017 pending on the file of the I Additional District Court, Vellore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Manamadurai, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The I Additional District Court, Vellore is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Sub Court, Manamadurai, forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
