The plaintiff in O.S.No.75 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Virudhunagar is the revision petitioner. He seeks speedy disposal of the suit. 1/4

2.Normally, I will not issue such a direction if the suit is less than five years old. That apart, I am not aware of the work load of the Court below. 3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a kidney transplant recipient. He is said to be suffering from serious health issues. He is also aged about 59 years. These are truly special circumstances. It is for this reason, I am inclined to give relief. It is stated that even the issues have not been framed. Issues shall be framed at the next hearing. Trial itself will be concluded and suit disposed of within a period of eight months thereafter.
