ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned show cause notice issued by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.2944/2014 Tho.Ve.Koo.Sa, dated 25.08.2014, calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why the Board should not be dissolved and the consequential impugned Inspection Notice issued by him in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 3063/2014, Tho.Ve.Koo.Ka.Sa, dated 01.09.2014.

2. When the writ petition was admitted, this Court had granted an interim stay of the show cause notice. Vacate stay petition has also been filed by the Government. When a query was raised as to whether the petitioner is still continuing as the President and as to whether the same 2/4

Board is continuing to manage the Society, the answer was negative.

3. Pending this writ petition, the show cause notice issued by the first respondent had lost its effect, in view of the fact that the then Managing Committee of the petitioner's Society at the time of issuance of show cause notice is no more in existence.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, no further adjudication is required to be made in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
