Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the resolution dated 23.04.2017 and to amend the scheme decree with respect to the clause that the members should residing at Nageswara Koil South Street, Kumbakonam Town within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that an appropriate orders shall be passed based on the resolution dated 23.04.2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, same stands recorded. It is needless to state before passing any such order, the petitioner shall be heard and any other interested person, who are likely to be affected by the orders to be passed by the respondent shall also be heard.
