PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration to declare the selection of the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 in the revised provisional selection list pertaining to the Direct Recruitment of Special Teacher (Sewing) published by the respondent No.1, dated 09.09.2019 as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner in the post of Special Teacher (Sewing) under SC (Women) (PSTM) Category on the basis of the total marks secured by the petitioner within the timed period stipulated by this Court. 1/3
