This writ petition has been filed by an aspirant to the post of Junior Co-operative Auditor in the department of Co-operative Aduit seeking a mandamus for issuance of appointment order to the writ petitioner. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for TNPSC brought to the notice of the Court that the appointment order has been issued to the writ petitioner on 23.09.2024 and a copy of the said appointment order was also produced before this Court.
