ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

2. The order has already been passed in the leading case in W.P.(MD) No. 19838 of 2025 on 23.07.2025, and since the cases are identical and the submissions are identical, I am inclined to follow the same and therefore, impugned order in I.A.No. 11 of 2025 in M.P.No. 07/2023/E2, dated 27.06.2025 2/4

is quashed and the case is remitted back to the second respondent to pass fresh orders in terms of the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.19838 of 2025, dated 23.07.2025.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above observations. No costs. W.M.P.(MD)No.15283 of 2025 is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
