ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned charge memo issued by the 3rd respondent, dated 09.09.2014. 1/3

2. The counsel for the petitioner has not appeared through video conferencing.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the third respondent is a Secretary in the official capacity and he is also arrayed as fourth respondent in the individual capacity in this Writ Petition.

4. The counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 is present and submitted that in view of the certain allegations received against the petitioner, who was working as a Teacher, some charges are initially framed against her and hence, the Writ Petition is filed. Subsequently, charges are closed and she has been reinstated in the service and continuing in service. The said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 is recorded.

5. Since the charges levelled against the petitioner are dropped, I find that there is nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, it is open to the Writ Petitioner to file Writ Petition if she is having any grievance. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
