ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.107 of 2023, on the file of the Sub Court Paramakudi, to the Family Court, Madurai.

2.The petitioner is working in HDFC Bank. The petitioner and the first respondent are married and they have a child aged about 5 years. Since there is a distance of 154 kilometers, the petitioner is finding it difficult to travel and also to take care of the child and also to attend her office in the HDFC Bank. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.This court issued notice to the respondents. But the private notice was refused. Hence, this Court is of the considered opinion that the notice is served to the respondents.

4.Considering the contentions and the difficulties raised by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow the transfer civil miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
