This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of FIR in Crime No.107 of 2018, dated 22.03.2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
