ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from taking action against the petitioner and his sand stored in the property, situated in Town Survey No.2/2B, Emaneswaram Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, without following the due process of law and consequently, to direct the respondents not to harass and disturb the petitioner and his business, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would state that the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

4. In view of the said submission, permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
