ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.No.3838 of 2021, dated 26.10.2021.

2.The only ground raised by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the first respondent was released on bail immediately after the occurrence. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no ground to cancel the bail granted to the first respondent. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
