ORDER
The petitioner, a Member of Nadar Mahajana Sangam, with a grievance that the District Registrar has recorded Form-7 of the 6th 2/4
respondent, has lodged a complaint, which was rejected by the competent authority. Aggrieved over that, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 6th respondent submits that election has been conducted as per the order of the Court through a retired Judge as an Election Officer and therefore, no further order is required in this writ petition. Even if the petitioner is having a grievance that Form-7 has wrongly been entered, the petitioner ought to have approached the appropriate Civil Court.
