ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondent herein to consider the application for renewal by the petitioner submitted on 25.6.2018 and renew the license in respect of catering trolley SMU/T1 at Tiruchirapalli Junction for a period of three years.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
